Feb 20, 2016 Same old thread. He said it was more of a continuation and revisitation and not a direct sequel. I think I'm one of the only people here who didn't care about the title, I guess that's when I realized that I had moved on from the early days. I wanted good music and he delivered.
Feb 20, 2016 Well it was a sequel. It concluded some of the ongoing narratives in his earlier work so I guess that makes the title work imo.
Feb 20, 2016 Definitely not.. doesn't even feel like "MMLP" it's just a poppy version of it's predecessor
Feb 20, 2016 Do all the Carters and Blueprints deserve those titles? Cuz some of those are legit classics and some were not so much.
Feb 21, 2016 it's not about differences, this album should be a lot different cause HE'S different now. It's about the quality of the album, it's simply medicore or worse besides few songs

Feb 21, 2016 above average -good album imo em did what he needed to do to, make as many fans as possible happy like i said he cant just release evil twin, brainless, groundhog day type of songs with straight lyrical massacre and great bars he has to make songs for his recovery era fans like the monster and survival funny s--- for his shady persona fans like so far , so much better , love game serious s--- like headlights etc really versatile album and for all his type of fans i said it before , if eminem sells under 500k first week is a tragedy for him even if the album will be just incredible he has to make songs for as many people as he can as a rapper what would you take a 10/10 album selling 300k or an 7-8/10 selling 800k ? and for some that 7 may be a 9 or 10 is hard for some to see the bigger picture
Feb 21, 2016 Not even in the slightest.. I liked the album with all due respect, but it'll never come close to MMLP.
