Toei Animation announced the production of Dragon Ball Super (Japanese title; tentative for English release), the first all-new Dragon Ball television series to be released in 18 years. Dragon Ball Super will begin in syndication on Sunday mornings on Fuji TV in Japan on July 5, 2015. No information has been given regarding an international release. Although there is no definitive answer as to where exactly Dragon Ball Super will “fit into the Dragon Ball timeline”, we do know that Dragon Ball Super will, “follow the aftermath of Goku’s fierce battle with Majin Buu, as he attempts to maintain earth’s fragile peace”, and will be, “overseen by Dragon Ball’s original creator, Akira Toriyama”.

May 5, 2015 How would this work? Future Trunks killed Frieza and King Cold with no effort, and Goku was able to stop Future Trunks sword attacks using one finger

His power level was equal or just less then Trunks at the time EDIT: That write up's badass he kills Frieza using the transmission while readying the Kamehameha similar to his fight with Cell
