Mar 16, 2017 If he existed in the universe, he's not gonna let himself die and therefore would have stopped Cell when it came down to it, thus making the entire plot pointless and thus why he doesn't exist within the universe. He's an afterthought introduced by a movie and therefore not canon. Beerus is different because he's the god of destruction and Cell would be doing him a favor to an extent so it makes sense he wouldn't interfere.... but Pikkon is a good guy and would eventually have to stop Cell
