    yep, i seen that tweet but is that realistic? they'd replace versions across all platforms?

    he sounds fine on sacrifices for the most part but ice melts literally sounds unmixed lmfao

    mix sounds fine it a little loud but the limiter there using on vocals saves it from peaking most likely due to the initial recording and not the post mixing sometimes its just hard to control level without f---ing the vocals too much

    ye was flexible with pablo cause he's a tidal part owner tho and that was just one platform that was being updated but u right in sure it should possible. smh @ 40 with the subpar mixing tho..way too late in his career to be dropping the ball like that

    yea lol thats what im saying its good but without a certain program it wouldve been bad sounds as loud as no long talk louder vocals happen more often on trap/hype songs

    i don't have an issue with the levels..it just sounds rough on ice melts. i watched this 30 minute alex session where he was teaching engineers in training and his whole compression suite is on some next level s---

    ended up torrenting the plugins immediately after

    yea but im saying the intial recording of the vocals is the problem in which they needed so much compression and a limiter u know?

    that's definitely possible but idk i always use like 10 compressors and alex was showing like jeffrey sessions where he had a ton of compression too

    sometimes there's nothing u can do to save them og vocals tho :emoji_slight_frown:
