sure, my point was just that thug has like 7 more years to be at where future is now. And I already think thugs discog can stand up to futures as is

Both are 2 of the greatest hip hop artists of all time and I'm so happy we get to be here for their run

i agree imo thug already has the projects to match, i think theres an argument either way. B6 > DS2 but i would take all the future tapes over the slime seasons series. i'll flip flop on that every single day for the rest of my life though.

i just like future more for his stand out cuts like march madness, codeine crazy, and savages.

right now futures just my favourite artist, flat out :idk:

Thing is thugs has SO many tracks as good as those three in just the leaks last year that might never get a real release. That s--- sucks. And at this point, thugs tracks that are as good as those don't become cultural staples like futures do because their careers are at different levels

I'll take beast mode over ss2 but ss1 over all 3 I think. Maybe not monster tho. B6 defintely better than DS2. Tha Tour better than basically any future project I've ever heard

my savages is one of the most well written and depressing song i've ever heard. the two mannequin bars, the way the song progresses to help tie both of those bars together is unreal.

the thing is i haven't heard as many young thug songs as you, and future is also my favourite rapper alive at this moment, but i think top song vs top song, i would pick future.

i agree about tha tour tho

It's just that thug is poignant for different reasons than future. Like, he definitely hasn't written any songs as focused as my savages yet so it makes sense that it resonates with you more.

These tracks are coming tho -- he already has em. They're just not out. Brings us back to thug still only being 3 years into his mainstream career

Also, thugs use of his voice is so f---ing mesmerizing man. Like, future can go from the 2nd half of throwaway to DRIPPN, I know and get that, but listen to thugs voice on this snippet. Specifically the part w the b------s twerking

    Jesus f---in Christ m

And this is for a track that will never officially drop because they sold the best to jeezy

More potential than any other rapper I've ever been a fan of

And I know we both already understand each other's points, but their music is so much fun to talk about lol

Yes and the sky is blue here's your congratulatory pat on the back for providing such insight. Obv Fetty is a direct descendant of Future's style but that doesn't negate the fact that Fetty's still has clearly distinguishable traits and Future clearly tried his hardest to emulate Fetty's voice. Also forming an opinion and seeing a p4k writer agree=/=p4k tell me who to hate

Hey speaking of letting p4k give us our opinions
