Her parents sought refuge in the UK whilst her grandparents remained during the war. They are also Muslim, so they have a spiritual relation to the majority of the Gazan people on multiple fronts. She'll have fans in the West who've escaped Palestine (either themselves or their parents) as it's the largest ethnic group of refugees worldwide, & they'll have lost multiple, some even tens of family members in this ethnic cleansing that is taking place currently in Palestine - so would understandably find depictions of explosions distressing. Nothing to do with being offended, what a society we live in where people like you roam around freely without supervision & don't even get a government-mandated helmet. God forbid somebody be passionate about an ongoing crisis that she has a historical basis to understand the pain some are feeling in the world. You should appreciate the fact you have the ability to dismiss it rather than experience it. I couldn't care less about the music video, but she & others clearly do.
