Aug 16, 2025 Even if you take the deluxe songs and put them on the official Encore tracklist, the album is still nowhere near the peak of The Eminem Show, which is considered his “prime.” Unfortunately, that’s irrelevant, because the album we got is the album we got and there’s a lot of goofy filler on there, making it easily one of his worst projects. Swapping deluxe songs in and taking others out is just remixing, fan fiction, and not relevant to how good or bad the album is.
Aug 16, 2025 Commercially you are talking sales, right? Because anything he would have dropped after that 3 album run would have been considered so. So thats really not that relevant in terms of the quality of the album
Aug 16, 2025 I still think the highs of Encore beat pretty much any high he’s had since Relapse. There’s no "Like Toy Soldiers", "Mockingbird", or "Spend Some Time" on Recovery and everything after that the album IS s--- overall, but I think it's unfairly treated compared to some of what came after, personally I think it s----s all over Side B for example I can't speak for the OG tracklist cause that's not what was released, what we DID get were all those diarrhea and burping songs so... What I wanna say is that it may be s---, but it's not his WORST s--- at all. Idk I'd much rather listen to "Puke" or "Rain Man" than "Tone Deaf" or "Stronger Than I Was", let alone ANYTHING on Revival
