    Influence isn't the same as good.

    Plenty of trash influences more than plenty of great s--- and plenty of masterpieces never influence at all, because they're too unique as what they are or don't have an easily replicated sound.

    No it's not. Something being influential can simply (and often does) mean that it's easily replicable, like auto-tune. Doesn't make it good.
