    Is it the same when you listen to some R Kelly-s---?
    The "aging" debate is more about the production and lyrical content. Not about how many people still listen to it imo.

    That's why it's dumb that Stans quickly pull out the numbers instead of adressing the actual music.

    I actually do think that TES aged well. There are also other old albums with beats that I'd describe as "still contemporary". Obviously they don't sound like today's music and they are old, but I actually still like them.

    MMLP did everything better than SSLP. It's a better, more polished version of Em.

    SSEP/LP era his best era and I’ll die on that hill. He was such a naturally dexterous and impressive rappper without it feeling tryhard + he was funny and able to get personal/introspective

    Carter 1 being Wayne's best [retail] album isn't a hot take at all man lol. And to be clear with my stance, Wayne absolutely continued to get better as a rapper after C1. I don't have any issue with someone picking C2 over it they're both phenomenal. And the original unleaked Carter III would have blown them both outta the water.

    it's same with sslp vs mmlp I have no issue with someone thinking mmlp is better because em absolutely continued to get better and grow as a rapper. I understand why someone would prefer TES over it as well even tho I disagree.

    however the idea that any em album post-relapse is better than SSLP is insane to me.

    Best era imo. I feel like a current focused determined Em could re create and recapture the magic of MMLP and tes but no way in h--- could he ever be as cartoony and comic book style as he was on sslp and that era of features. Only downside imo is his horrible 3 year old toddler voice lmfao.

    I love the nasally slim shady voice lol that's part of why the era is great to me

    sslp era features are unreal, he's so hungry during that era I miss that spark

    when em tries to do this stuff now it just doesn't have the same spark sadly. he used to make this type of thing sound so effortless. technically impressive battle rap that doesn't feel like it's just rhyming for rhyming sake

    Idiot. You are one of those listeners. Can't you really see it or you just don't want to ? Nobody will listen to something that has aged badly. If TES is still popular enough to chart today then, it's easily good enough for today's standards which proves it aged pretty well. If you say it aged badly and still listen to it today, you are a moron lol. There is basically no difference between aging badly and being bad today. One means, it was great but now it is not good, other means it wasn't ever good to begin with. You know what forget it, you're right. It aged badly or whatever you say. I won't bother, my bad. Just don't mind.

    You definitely run a Stan account page. The amount of defending and obsession over a someone is not normal. Defend Eminem like he is your dear wife or husband that can’t do no wrong. Eminem show is a classic album, no one disputing that but it has some flaws, get over it.

    Eminem is big and breaks stream numbers every day, that is not a valid point to the quality of the albums. Your obsession with how popular he is, is childish and doesn’t mean anything when bringing up the album.

    I know what you mean. He used to flow so effortlessly and now he’s always switching flows when it’s not needed. I’d actually love to see current Eminem freestyle on a beat with a single consistent delivery just to see what happens (none of this acapella nonsense we’ve seen the last 5 years). Book of Rhymes makes me think it wouldn’t be anything like his old stuff but he would crush it
