Jun 26, 2022 I see but... if you go back and listen to Em from 1999~2004, instead of these redundant adlibs he spits now (Yeah, What, Get It, etc) he used to add some kind of special adlib or even special effect that had something to do with what he was saying. Take Stan for example, you can hear the sound of the pen on a paper, throughout the whole song, as Stan is writing the letter for Marshall. You can also hear the sound of the storm (rain and thunder). In other songs, he'd do these type of sounds with his own vocals. Like on "k--- You". The song "Criminal" is absolutely full of these. Which made the song so much more entertainment. It add to the vibe, and it sinks you right in. Personally sometimes I'd have to listen to a song like 4 times in order to be able to hear everything that was going on in the background. Go, listen to Criminal right now and try to pay attention ONLY to the background vocals and adlibs.
Jun 26, 2022 I’m gonna laugh so hard if this is his actual new album with one side 10-12 new songs and the another side with all his older hits and all these “leakers” are wrong. It just doesn’t make sense why he would promote a whole compilation album with a new song with Snoop unless there was more new s--- added to it
Jun 26, 2022 HIStory is, arguably, Michael Jackson's most personal album. In that album he talks about things people seemed to look past back then. Only after he died, they seem to realize what he was trying to say in songs like Childhood, Earth Song, Stranger In Moscow, Money, Tabloid Junkie, Smile, etc. Plus, it was his first official Greatest Hits in 30+ years.
Jun 26, 2022 Saw him thursday in Milan. The performance was incredible, one of the best live shows I’ve ever seen.
