Jun 29, 2022 he made it better. I take the blame on the beats which wasn't by him. Lets be honest Asylum which was the only one by him was the most SH like song on the album. Yeah maybe Hammer Dacen too but that's it. He made it better.
Jun 29, 2022 I'm surprised some people genuinely care about Slaughterhouse. 4 MC's who just try to outrap each other (usually, not on every song) is not a good idea for albums. It's cool for a song, then it becomes awful. Even I Will, honestly, one of my favorite post-Kamikaze Eminem verses, but Royce's and Joell's ain't it for me and I can't call it a good song if I have to skip parts to enjoy it. Even tho it's one of my favorites on MTBMB, but that's just cause Crooked goes in and when Em goes in too for 2 minutes it makes you forget about the rest of the song ***I like all of em separately tho, Royce just got better and better, Crook's always been dope, I think Joell is indeed a very technical rapper and dope lyricist but I find him a little annoying, and Joe, ironically, I liked All Love Lost a lot and it was definitely better than some of the s--- Em released that very same decade that Joe claimed he had been better than him
Jun 29, 2022 I didn't like the SH album, he tried to make it more Recovery, and that was a bad idea. Still love Hammer Dance and Goodbye. And My Life was fun, I think it's overhated I used to like them before Shady, it was a fun group, and their BET cypher was gold.

Jun 29, 2022 I think he has many many fans in countries like CHina and India but I really doubt they count any album sales there at all. On the other hand, I'm sure he has less fans in US and Europe compared to his prime now. So I doubt it'll do any good to him. At least stream numbers are definite. No way Spotify can't count how many people listen to a song in any country lol. Plus, nobody wants to buy album anymore. I mean if I already haven't got all Em albums I'd never buy another Em album again. It's just a thing of collection for me now and I stopped buying any other artists' albums long ago except the ones that I already own whole discography of. This. I don't think rap groups are nice idea ever specially when they are just tryin to outrap each other. That could easily get boring for an album. Rap duos are fine but 4 almost equally talented rappers all tryin' to outrap one another ? That shouts boring to me. D12 worked because Eminem was the only one who really had a chance to blow. Proof was the only one who can actually touch Em on anything related to rap. So all in all, people were just listenin' to Em and taking breaks from him when other members put their verses lol. Btw, Crook and Joell's album about SH was so much more interesting to me than any SH album which says something too.

Jun 29, 2022 that's why his second run was so bad. The beats from Recovery on were terrible. It became better from Revival on cause he did Believe, Stepping Stone & Higher and now the song with snoop. But it always were like 1-3 songs a album which is not enough to please me.
