To get #1 on Charts the label needs to pay (a lot) for Payola/Radio spins, spotify playlisting and of course various promotions, that's what Drake and many others do and that's why you often see #1 charting song that no one even knows. Payola and radio influence 90% of the charting position, i don't see Em doing it again cause he simply dgaf, "get it?"
