For example, “gotta contact, my contact lenses are foggy” sees Em suddenly shifting the pace of his flow to jam two extra syllables into a bar he had already established was a 10 syllable scheme… I thought Em fans lived and breathed by this sort of hardcore syllable rhyme scheme attention to detail yet this is somehow dismissed? Y’all do realize this is a primary reason why Em flows today have 0 cohesion and you don’t want to rap along with him, right? This is basic rap music stuff that Em has lost sight of
