Sep 29, 2016 He is in a position that other artists would do anything to be in. Every time he releases an album it is guaranteed to sell multi platinum and win a Grammy award, every time he releases a single it is guaranteed to be a top 10 hit, he is guaranteed to make millions in money from music every time he releases new music This has been the case from 1999 up till now. He is in such a position of luxury This has resulted him to be a Pop icon, his appeal to Pop fans is much greater than it is to Hip Hop fans But i saw a post @Spatula made he thinks this is a bad thing. Why?
Sep 29, 2016 Yeah, Pop fans are a huge part of his fanbase, but it's really stupid to say "his fan base isn't Hip-Hop"
Sep 29, 2016 Well he has some hip hop fans but they are the minority Majority of his fans are pop fans
Sep 29, 2016 to an extent i admit it is but when u look at his twitter, instagram, facebook accounts it is mainly teenage girls following him Then u look at who attends his concerts it is mainly teenage girls Then from a personal experience point of view every fan i know personally is a female and they out right make it clear they are not fans of hip hop but love Eminem's music and other artists they listen to are Justin Beiber, 1 Direction, Chris Brown, Kate Perry, Rihanna, Adele Then the other girls i know who love his music but do happen to be fans of hip hop like rappers like Lil Wayne, Future, Drake, Nelly, Nicki Minaj, Fetty Wap the other Pop based rappers who have a melodic style like Eminem and even then these girls will say hip hop is not their fave genre of music even though they listen to some of these rappers
Sep 29, 2016 When did I say that? I did say Eminem should go underground, do the type of music he wants, not what he has to in order to maintain his popularity, or listen to s-----y marketing plans they make for him.
Sep 30, 2016 Ugh, it's that time of month again is it? Your prescription run out early again? Autistic c----.
