Eminem will always be in top5 ever, i don't care about artist of the year. These cats nowadays will not last, fact.

P.s. You're saying Em's a sellout, who only thinks about money. So, biggie and other ones thought about "passion" "heart" ?
That's why Biggie called like 30 poppy artists in his first 2-3 years of career?[IMG]

    Don't be foolish

I can say it proudly, considering the fact Em is the best selling rapper of all time and among the top 10 selling bands/artists of all time in any genre

The one who sells over 1 million tickets in 2 hours after 20 years of career, yea, i say it proudly b----.

Eminem would always be a top tier MC. His skills with words and flow is too much to strike him out of this top 5. Don't let Revival fool you. The man is still a beast on the mic and probably would get nothing but props from other legends for his rapping skills. The problem is, he can't really make ear pleasing music as frequently as he used to do earlier. He's certainly a top tier MC even now, but he has declined as a musician. He just needs to stop thinking too much about his skills, get better beats and he'd be the same old Em again musically.

That's because Eminem isn't being a druggy a------ anymore. If Eminem was still making fun of school shootings and raping his mother Jimmy Kimmel and Ellen Degenerous wouldn't be gushing over him. No one would be saying nice things. Everyone is just being overly nice to the man because he's a reformed addict who dislikes Trump. He wouldn' t be a "god" if he was still his oldself. Eminem is definitely vulnerable now. Budden d--- near s--- all over his new album, called it worst song he's ever heard, that Eminem is using black lives matter as a ploy to sell records, and Eminem did NOTHING, all the while, the controversy landed Budden a deal with Diddy. In the past, that would have been career suicide to go at him like that. Eminem is soft now, he's pretty much Lance Bass at this point.

This literally makes it painful thinking about it...I grew up listening to him in his prime. I can see how his technical bs gets in the way now...

You guys still don’t get it.....it was Benzino releasing the black girl diss tape in 2003 that destroyed Eminem’s entire concept of himself and his confidence in the process

Agreed. When Proof died he lost his "wigger validation."
