Apr 2, 2020 How? I mean freddy was out of his own world where he was stronger, and he only had a head left lol. Kinda agree but 90mins of them fighting would have been dumb and only real franchise stans would appreciate it. They made a typical highschool horror movie the same way the OG movies were. I do think the other characters were kinda dumb but I really liked how they combined Elmstreet and Crystal lake and both of their stories tbh. Also the fact that they tried to forget freddy etc, I really think they did well canon wise.

Apr 2, 2020 I only count the first few elm streets tbh, they f----- his character up after those. Still, Freddy >>> They gotta come with some new Elm Street films, my bro. When they get it right regarding the Freddy character It's great horror. Still love Halloween and 13th tho still.
Apr 2, 2020 Agree that 2010 remake was AWFUL Nobody else than Robert can play Freddy .. it was embarrassing lol. Thats also not a problem w michael and jason lol. The 13th remake was ok (glad it started w jason right away) and the rob zombie halloween one was meh. Halloween 2018 is a classic though but its more a sequel. Also yeah for me its Halloween Elms 13th Franchise wise.
Apr 2, 2020 Robert said that he will never play Freddy again, so we kinda got a problem because I agree with you. It's going to take someone special to replace him, but I really hope they manage to pull it off. I've was brought up on Freddy LOL (I used to have all the movies even as a young kid. Had the Freddy glove too lmao) That last Halloween was very good, definitely top 3 Halloween films imo. Like you said, It's much easier to make a good Halloween film... Anyone can pretty much play Myers. And then combine that with a good plot etc and you've got a hit. The OG Friday the 13th is 10/10 imo... Another great Horror is Evil Dead, wouldn't mind a new sequel for the last one (I thought the remake was pretty good tbf)
