    It's impressive how he made a cohesive sounding album out of his own beats, the ones from aftermath and the ones from newer producers.
    Everything sounds up to date.
    We're talking about the same guy who put out Revival.

    Already explained why, my man.
    It was great when it came out, but now... at 33, I see it just as shock-value for the sake of it. It was crafted to do one job and it did it perfectly.
    But it lost some love for me now. Great album and a great moment in time. But I'm not one to go crazy just for the most outlandish, crazy a---, shock-value lines ALL THE f---ing TIME, not anymore.

    Arguably, yes.
    Joe Budden, Akademics, Lord Jamar, etc played a big role in that. Cuz even if they are just haters, they fueled Em with their unprecedented outspoken hate.
