Dec 20, 2020 I don't wanna do you and I Like I'm in Leicester skippin' my lectures But I don't need a me and you Like when a chef would eat at his restaurant Nowadays, I don't even wanna be saved Nah, f--- that, I don't wanna be saved I was born to be wild, I don't wanna be tamed Talent's in my blood and I don't wanna be vain But if I'm a psycho, then I don't wanna be sane Ninety-nine problems, money, it is not one My currency's Kenyan, that's in it for the long run, huh Most my n----s are the ones applying pressure over here f--- assault, I can get a n----- peppered over here, whoa I just wanna take a pretty woman for a test drive If I bring her to my room and I press, I Guarantee she gonna see the force like an ex-wife I can keep going and this is from two songs only.
Dec 20, 2020 I don’t actually listen to Royce or know much about his music but all I know is every song he produced on Side A is great. And yeah obviously Em made Darkness what it is but the production really helped set the tone. Also his production and verse on You Gon Learn were a major highlight too imo (which was my favorite track)
Dec 20, 2020 See @aleeex1972 post, also from just one song when he was 19: That's why I'm living three lives, I'm in GTA, I'm in Los Angeles driving a Mercedes and it's funny because honestly I didn't think I'd see LA (CLA) f--- the road but if anybody's testing me It's one step away like a 5-a-side penalty Ain't it funny how this money that I'm getting came from f---ing PA's like I'm sleeping with a secretary We used to have cards and now we're playing with swords My G went from Blackjack to a black Jack Sparrow There's loads more but can't rmemeber from the top of my head
Dec 20, 2020 All I ever wanted was to be an emcee Tediously I wrote obediently, believing in me EPMD must've had teachin' degrees Learned to defeat enemies with the ink, thinkin' of these rhymes Would be as Eazy as E And graffiti would be like remedial readin' to me
Dec 20, 2020 Perhaps. But I can't really blame him. There's no solution for that, unfortunately. JayZ, Nas and every rapper over 45 go through the same s---.
Dec 20, 2020 Nah for real tho, saying Dave doesn't have wordplay and punchiles that has to be one of the wildest things I've ever seen on this forum. You could say Revival is the best Em project and it wouldn't sound as wild as that imo.
Dec 20, 2020 What makes Dave standout as a UK artist is what makes Eminem stand out imo, punchlines, great story telling, passion and mass appeal rolled into one. He also extends the punchlines similar to how Em does where you wonder when it's gonna come and then it hits you, his flow could be better tho @hargydon check out his discography, srsly Enough about dave tho, this album is awesome
Dec 20, 2020 I'm not from UK or even from US but I follow Dave and that's what I love about his music the punchlines, the wordplay, the storrytelling lol. Too bad he doesn't drop that much music. If you guys from UK can put me on some artists similar to him, please PM me.
Dec 20, 2020 I messed up my download. Sent it to a deactivated email account! What I have head so far on youtube has been good though. Hopefully I get this s--- sorted.
Dec 20, 2020 Was an old member of Eminem forum, the old the shelter ( dont Remember the name). Anyway, im a fan since 2003 and i cant believe that i stile love his music this much even of in not 12 years old anymore but almost 30. This album Is Fire, he deserve all the love. Thank EM for being with me all these years. Rap God?for me it's even more
Dec 20, 2020 Wanted to ask this, if lets say MTBMB it's his last album. Are ya'll happy with this or ya'll need a better last one? I think we won't get a new project soon. I don't see him rapping about haters or how music changed, I think he will take his time with the next one if there will be one.
Dec 20, 2020 I think the fact that he dropped this as a deluxe edition means he’s releasing his 13th sooner than we think. It’s probably already in the works Q4 next year most likely
Dec 20, 2020 I'd be happy and sad at the same time. But even if I love MTBMB as a whole, I'd like his farewell album to be produced entirely by him and Dre and have features from the all the GOATs and people who really meant something in his career. I mean, his last album should feature Dre, 50, Wayne and JayZ maybe even D12.
