Oct 21, 2020 This album is one of those rare Eminem albums in which I would not delete a single track. I love every track on this album and how it's all done together.
Oct 21, 2020 I like Encore and Revival because I'm a loyal Stan but some songs on Revival are trash, especially Need Me
Oct 21, 2020 Except that one had cheap pop hooks all over it lol Did it even have Dre beats? I think he only did an interlude. Can't remember.
Oct 21, 2020 He oversaw this project, in contrast to the next two albums. He asserted the beats and everything else. He was involved in this project.
Oct 21, 2020 Dre listened to this album completely before release and was pleased with it. I don't think Dre listened to the next 2 albums, so the quality was worse. I think Dre would not approve of Kamikaze and MTBMB going out.
Oct 21, 2020 For me, these days an album should be 15 tracks MAX. 12 minimum. 13 is the sweet spot for me, thats why so many albums are that size. Kamikaze was perfect size.
Oct 21, 2020 I remember this video. he was involved in something that we never heard, just as we didn't hear Detox.
Oct 21, 2020 Oh we drinking this Friday, 3 spoons of coffee, 2 spoons of sugar, hot water and it's going down
Oct 21, 2020 Em's best work has been made in a year or less. Facts. All his best work. Revival he took YEARS on and it was his worst to date. Encore was also came out 2 whole years after TES, and wasn't good.
Oct 21, 2020 Over the past 15 years, Dr Dre has only been heavily involved in 2 albums - Relapse and Revival, and both albums have received a negative response. I remember the whole wave of hatred towards Relapse in 2009 and this wave continued for several years to come. I think that society will accept Revival as well, but this will take another 2-3 years. Dre was not heavily involved with Encore, Recovery, Kamikaze, and MTBMB.
