Jan 8, 2021 Almost same here. That album had the most replay value since TES easily. I'm sure Music To Be Murdered By will be considered a classic in the future (still early to call it, even though Side A is out for a year now). If people would keep an open mind it might even be rated higher than SSLP. Sure, I love SSLP but not sure how well it aged sonically, even though everything else is still perfect with that album.
Jan 8, 2021 Well I've said this many many times now and I don't want to go back to the discussion we were having last week, but for me, it knocked SSLP down to the 4th spot right away. Side B alone. A+B is just too good to even engage in an argument about whether or not it's his 3rd classic now (in my opinion). Not only have I played it every day since it came out without ever feeling tired of it, but I'm looking forward to my next session playing it. It's f---ing good.
