Jan 11, 2021 I remember seeing in the summer of 2003 an audio cassette from the re-release of The Eminem Show and there was 1 bonus track Lose Yourself.
Jan 11, 2021 Godizalla # 62 for 2020. If Eminem did more promos, he could be in the Top 40 at least in 2020. 50 Cent from his The Woo at # 78 in 2020, so 50 is not far behind Eminem these days, I think 50 can put out a successful album if he wants to. 50 is at least not afraid to make modern music with new rap artists and this is his strong point. https://www.billboard.com/charts/year-end/2020/hot-100-songs
Jan 11, 2021 I saw messages like this the first week the album came out. Every Eminem album in the last 10 years has been called "the best since TES". This is not even surprising. I have seen these messages so many times over the past 10 years.
Jan 11, 2021 The same feelings. But the album had such classics as Just Lose It, Like Toy Soldiers, Mockingbird, a--- Like That, Rain Man, We As Americans, Love you More, Puke and some other songs. I am glad that back in 2004 Eminem did not leave a promo for Encore after critics and fans did not like this album. I'm glad we saw so many music videos and live performances and good interviews for Encore and we don't see it for his last three albums. His last three albums are very quickly forgotten because Eminem didn't bother making a good promo for them. Eminem didn’t care what memory would remain in the minds of fans about these last three albums, which is why, after a year, no one remembers that he released an album. I still remember Encore and love that time, I re-evaluated this album and now I think this is his 4th classic, no doubt about it. This album is no longer considered bad for me. He did a good promo in those days and I appreciate that. And at the same time, I cannot say that Encore or D12 World had as many bad / average songs as MTBMB. MTBMB has a lot of mediocre songs, most of the album sounds worse than Encore. On Encore and D12 World, I didn't like the 3-4 song maximum on each of the albums. It's not that much. At MTBMB I didn't like 2/3 of the songs. Eminem in those days was not addicted to the Internet and what trolls write about him on the Internet. He wasnt like, "Oh, they write that my album is s---, I have to stop the promo, we shot 2 music videos and we won't be filming any more music videos. I won't be performing anywhere else. We have to stop the promo for the album because the commentators say the album is bad !!!1!1!! " He's become a weak and insecure rapper these days, which is why he does such weird things and puts out such weird albums that are weirder than his weird beard.
Jan 11, 2021 Me comparing Till I Collapse to Higher was more about them being "stadium"-type songs. I didn't mean that they're basically the same. They both do sound motivational though.
Jan 11, 2021 It is because Em has already earned such large fan base. Large portion of the streams is due to the fans that addictively keep replaying the song (and threw on it, as soon as it was released, so it was already easier for the song to get noticed).
Jan 11, 2021 Ems old production was fire. I listened to My Name the other day and forgot how much it slapped and that is was produced by Em.
Jan 11, 2021 These stans are crazy bro. It even has Sly the diet Nate Dogg on the hook lmaoo This conversation became redundant almost immediately after it started though.
Jan 11, 2021 The Cross sounds like an Emulation. Em himself has said it was far from finished & you can tell, it’s skeletal.
