I’m hearing you I’m just saying, I like drake, but Eminem has way more bangers to me. I don’t care what people’s definition of b-----r is. I’m also not saying drake doesn’t put out singles which are way more popular than Ems, he(they)does/do, and he(they) should, it’s what they do. Drake puts out what he gets told to put out, all appealing to the same people, em puts out whatever the f--- he wants, his fan base is way more diverse because he floats in to so many different styles throughout his catalogue. Eminem is widely popular without chart hits, a lot of his fans still buy cds, or records and spin them. A lot of his fans he made before streaming, so I’d say his numbers still don’t represent how much his stuff is getting spun. Drake is cool, but drake is not himself.

Mar 28, 2021 The album doing good don't mean that the songs stay around. It means his fans streamed the project. I'm talking about the longevity of the songs/singles. And nowadays it's pretty much none. Except Godzilla with Juice. Yet you see other artists singles and tracks and they kinda stay around. I guess Interscope isn't 100% percent backing Em like back in the days. And the fact that he stopped even mentioning his albums lol Mr 0 promo. Bad content and lack of promo is a part of the experience of MTBMB, so I don't see why we shouldnt talk about it.

All the albums were made for Em himself and the fans after that... The fact that he talks about anybody on any song doesn't mean he made that song to that those people lol. If that's the case nobody makes music for himself or fans at all. Not sure you get the point tho..
Mar 28, 2021 Kim and Debbie were family issues not haters lol The level of hate he got after Revival was different. It even came from his own fans. That's why I say he was talking to his haters on that one, he had to deal with the usual hate + fans converted to Em haters (at least temporary) because of how bad the album was.

U really can't understand the philosophy of this s---, nobody does music for haters, talking about things on music, and the reason of making music might not be the same. He replied to haters with Kamikaze but he did Kamikaze because he wanted to do music and there was that topic he can address at the time. He does music and he happened to have things to address about haters etc. Btw, Revival hate was exxagurated for sure, it doesn't surprise me tho, after all we all know how dumb people can be. I know for a fact that there are many people who hated that album exactly like Em said they did.
Mar 28, 2021 Revival had some great tracks (Framed, Castle/Arose) but also had some horrible tracks (Untouchable, Bad Husband), and a not-very-exciting lead single (though a better song than Berzerk). It had its moments, but they weren’t peaks of the same style of songs he’d already done, and the valleys were the lowest of anything he’s put out that wasn’t titled “My 1st Single.” It’s undoubtedly his worst album, and to follow up a 4 year hiatus and the hype around it with such a mediocre product while ALSO still dealing with the Trump “line in the sand” fallout led to its overall demise. The plus side is that it led us to Kamikaze.
Mar 28, 2021 1 he obviously makes music cause he wants to, but he used that album to get back at the haters. So now when I play a new project and he's talking about the haters, it's kinda tiring. Just drop a better album and move on. It's like he doesn't accept he f----- up. 2 Revival f---ing sucks. Even if I like the fact that he isn't talking about r---, his ball hair, or taking a s--- on a bunch of the tracks, musically, it sucks.
