It basically confirmed his info about December so even the doubters can't say anything and gave him the ability to tease it a bit with hints yesterday. Also it's not like 10/23 was a fake info. It got delayed the last minute. We were waiting for it to be uploaded to get the cover, title and tracklist back then too.
