Dec 15, 2020 I do, but that's the only song that would ruined the mood for me, cause it totally different that these tracks
Dec 15, 2020 crazy how little revival has to offer. this album is really the absolute low point of his career Edit: when i compare Believe today (best song on Revival for me) with the good tracks of Kamikaze and MTBMB Believe feels like a medicore song
Dec 15, 2020 Yep, but on the other hand we all know that Revival was somehow his most important album. Without it, he wouldnt be as good as he is now. Man took a complete 180° turn and is really good again. For a rapper to be this long in the game and being near 50 years old, its crazy how he can still deliver so much styles in such a good way
Dec 15, 2020 Agree with you on your main point that Revival has very little to offer, but Believe is f---ing great. "There's only one route to cross this bridge / so I walk in this b---- with loose change and all of my dues paid / but this booth's taking its toll" is top tier Eminem songwriting. I don't know, it seems more authentic and from the heart than much of Kami/MTBMB but you are right that the bar of quality overall has been raised by a lot. Not saying Believe is flawless either though. Verse 2 is kinda ehh. But I probably overanalyze Believe so much just because it WAS like one of the only good things Revival had to offer so I latched onto it lol

Maybe because he's the only one who could get away with it with finding coal in his stocking the next day! In the intro to the December 18, 1955 episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Hitchcock, brick in hand, said, "Santa Claus is always bringing surprises to others. I thought it would be interesting if someone surprised him for a change. I’m rather tired of his tracking soot in here every year." Then he places the final brick in place and continues, "There. Let him Ho Ho Ho himself out of that!"
