Oct 10, 2020 It definitely seems that em takes the criticism about his production and delivery and just adds it to the criticism his old fans or haters give him. Like he sees tyler the creator saying shady xv's production was a--- on the same level of the people legitimately hating his music.
Oct 10, 2020 The production and delivery were very bad at times from Recovery til Revival (and truthfully parts of Encore as well) Like you said though. Hes improved big time in that area from Kami and Murdered.
Oct 10, 2020 No it's overshadowed by Cold Wond Blows, On Fire, Won't Back Down, W. T. P, Seduction, No Love, Cinderella Man, Almost Famous and Here We Go - songs about f---ing nothing. Tracklist should have been trimmed down to Talkin' 2 Myself, Going Through Changes, Not Afraid, Cinderella Man (to underline his newly regained energy), 25 to life, LTWYL (obviously, the song was designed and recorded as a single anyway) , and that (or some better one) song for Proof, if he didn't have anything else to offer when it comes to lyrics, just pointless shouting.
Oct 10, 2020 I feel that since the "theme" for recovery is his return in the rap game alongside overcoming his addiction, I'd keep the songs you mentioned and keep songs like no love that show him returning rap wise and keep songs from the relapse 2 era with no accents . but besides that I agree.
Oct 11, 2020 Please no one go around supporting BME. There was such a long conversation here about Em needing to speak about stuff that actually matters. I don't hate BME or their songs but no one needs an album from them right now. Not Em, not Royce, not the world.
