He raps cause he enjoys it, regardless if it's good or bad or whatever we think, he still has a strong passion for music, he grew up on it basically. & he has artists in his crew now that are good enough to get Shady Records going in a direction where it can be somewhat relevant again.

His music isn't as good as it used to be when he was in his 20s (very undetstandable, he's freakin 42), but it's far from bad. 2010-15 Eminem > 2004-09 Eminem. He's making music because he loves it at this point. It hasn't been about money for 15 years now. He's been set for life since MMLP.

you guys are ridiculous, the only reason eminem came back to make music was the 2008 stock market crash.

THose people have bankers investing their money and losing 30-40-50% of your money in 1 day can really f----- you up and motivate you to come back and make music. WHy do you guys think so many early 2000 rappers all made a come back around 2008? eminem,nellymethod man, red man etc....the best motivation to come back and make music is this,THey wont ever admit it tho cause it doesnt sound cool at all.

I really want to be excited about a new album from Eminem, especially one about him returning to his roots, but I'm just not. He already tried that with MMLP2 and that turned out to be one of his worst albums with almost zero replay value.
I'm just gonna expect a piece of s--- album with more worn out double time off beat flows, so if it actually turns out good I'll be pleasantly surprised. If not, I won't be disappointed.

this info sounds super fake.. but im tired of going back to his roots s---. Relapse, MMLP2 and Shady xv were all supposed to be 'back to the first 2 albums' s--- and they s----d. He was heading into a good direction with recovery.. super serious album. he cant be the funny slim shady anymore.. only the serious pissed off d-ck (cold wind blows).. btw he looks so old now if i were him id try the persona of clint eastwood in gran torino.. that would be awesome and fitting
