    Said Shady Records President Paul Rosenberg: “We have been involved in developing Southpaw since it’s inception and Eminem has dedicated himself to ensuring that this film captured his passion for the project through his music. We’ve assembled a great soundtrack to accompany what’s sure to be one of the finest boxing films ever".

    Maybe wrong but given the words Rosenberg used, i think it could be a solo album.

    Can't judge based off a short snippet like this, but is sounds okay. Chorus sound great just hope he delivers with the verses and doesn't scream, use a choppy flow and doesn't start and stop all the time.

    The idea of a soundtrack right now gets me a lot more excited than a solo album.

    I think Em is going to deliver on this, and can pull more substance and emotion through the movie story and character than he may be able to at this point from within himself.

    Pretty 'sace.

    I don't think Royce has said anything about the film... I know Porter did so he might have something to do with the soundtrack. maybe produced something. god forbid a D12 track :laff:
