No disrespect but Nas put out the last 3 albums where he said the same s--- he been saying for the last 20 years on new beats a nobody saying s---. If Em says the same s--- for 2 consecutive VERSES people start breaking the balls. Relax clowns, a classic is coming and this is the calm before the storm.
Jul 6, 2024 Well, that's just that musical style/s though. It's not about the fact he rapped about society... it's the fact his writing was terrible, as were the production and hooks. Just the musical approach which was an issue.

Jul 6, 2024 I mean I understand that. I'm just not sure he has a relatable take on society. During his peak he wasn't far off from being a poor raw underground MC with a lot of turmoil in his life. Now hes a rich recluse. I still think this album has potential to be great. And I love his new music for what it is. I appreciate every second of this. But let's not have unreal expectations either. Lol

Jul 6, 2024 Yeah he's amazing. Used to listen to his old stuff a lot when I was younger, but haven't checked for his s--- in a while. One of the purest rappers to come out of England, his flow, passion and lyrical ability is levels above most. Unfortunately he was never very marketable and could never really create a great album imo. Also seems to sing more now which I don't like. Some of my favs from him over the years @Bostex Very Eminem like.
