Oct 17, 2021 I know people in here get their panties in a twist when I critique Em but it’s only because his output isn’t always a reflection of his talent, hence why we always expect & anticipate better drops every time. He’s slowly slipping back into the production quality he used to have, he just needs to control his writing filter & please come up with some fresh subject matter. The fact he hasn’t even spoken on Covid from a non dad joke perspective gives me the idea that he’s been working on another project on the side.

Oct 17, 2021 Ringer is godly same with darkness I wish he'd go back and remaster Kamikaze. imo the album lacks punch and one of the main examples of his music being really low volume wise for some reason.
Oct 17, 2021 It’s definitely not produced on the same level as MTBMB, Side A has the best mixing & mastering since Relapse. Fall, even though it has purposely blown out kicks, should still knock a little harder. Still, at least it’s not Recovery quality lol.

Oct 17, 2021 Yeah I agree that album should f---ing knock but I feel everytime I listen to it especially on headphones I keep trying to turn it up. Side a to me still has the same problem on some songs like unaccommodating and darkness are still very very low I don't have that problem at all with side b. I don't ever understand why this is a thing like why the f--- do they make it so quiet lmfao it's weird too because I know you can turn up the volume on iTunes but it's like the song is built to be quiet as f--- and doesn't always work.

Because in regards to Unaccomadating & Darkness, they’ve got extremely low end sub bass on their kicks so maybe it’s surpassing your headphones capabilities? If I listen to them in my AirPods for example you can barely comprehend the low end but if I listen to them on my Tannoy’s those s----s shake the whole house.
