Jul 23, 2024 Autotune is an abomination so I really don't want him to go down that road... he's taken a stance against "mumble rap" before so I don't think he will... I'm actually surprised that he hasn't done more boom bap style songs, him being an old school fan growing up with 80's and 90's hiphop. Don't Front was dope so I wouldn't mind him doing more of those kind of tracks. I know it wouldn't sell as much as using trap beats and autotune etc, but I don't really give a s--- about sales to be honest. I'd rather love an album that doesn't sell much than just think it is ok but selling loads. Plus isn't he himself more after the respect from his peers and his old idols from back in the day rather than topping charts etc? If so just do a 90's type album and he'll probably get that.... Would make me happy at least lmao

Jul 23, 2024 Exactly! Started off so well with the roll out and video for Houdini. Renaissance was a great way to start off the album and should have been at least a 5 minute track. The problem with Em’s albums is that each one is filled with half classic Em, half a--- filler trash. I don’t get it, 5 or 6 tracks could have been removed from this album and it would have been a no skip classic!
