Jul 23, 2024 Oh for sure. Like, I always used to say anyone who thought he was ever homophobic for example, especially his fans... were morons, and not listening properly. MMLP is summed up by 'The Way I Am', 'I am whatever you say I am'... 'think I'm this?... I'll be it... BUT I'll still let you know the real me as I'm not actually a bigot'... But thing is, he had the world on knife's edge and knew it at that time. So he could just toy with the ideas and cause that, and it was a different time etc. etc. But he knows now even from the past 5 years, which is why it's a bit weird he's acting like 'Well, leme roll out Shady one last time!' as if he hasn't been desperately trying to offend on every single album since, not just 5 years, since Relapse-now lol. Like, people act like 'OH SHADY'S BACK!', when did he leave?... he literally opens Recovery with - YOU CAN GET THE d-ck!!! / SLUT THIS SLUT THAT!! etc. lmao. So he knows... all this s--- and him playing like this isn't getting the reaction he expects. So I find it weird he thought this would. I think just bc he's sounding more direct and human and he's talking head-on about trans stuff etc. which he hasn't really yet, and seeing in the past few years people being... tore down for even QUESTIONING s---, I just think he misread the room though. Bc most of the time the people that are torn down like that are people where it's in contrast to their projected persona aka a white company exec using the n word or something. He's already known for pushing buttons and tyring to provoke.. so I think in order to get the reaction he wanted... he would have had to have... truly blurred the line of people not knowing whether he's a bigot on these things or not, as opposed to actually being very reasonable and liberal again, under the guise of LOOK I'M SAYING f--- AND s--- AND c----, I'M OFFENSIVE! The Diddy / Cassie line is good, bc he's not saying anything bad about her or faking bigotry, just describing the situation... she did get her a--- beat by him. But, that's the king of thing which would actually cause controversy now and be painted as 'Eminem's laughing at abused women! How dare he!', where it's like... how is he, he's just saying what happened lol. I'm actually surrpised that line didn't cause anything... But like I say I think most people just ain't listening or don't know about it, I bet if he put that in a vid / single it would still cause a sitr.

Jul 24, 2024 I think he's homophobic in the sense that the idea of a dude sucking another dude off is disgusting to him, and gay people in general might even disgust him to some degree. Just not to a point where he wishes harm on them or it becomes a political issue for him. Just because someone is a sexual libertarian doesn't mean they're not mildly homophobic. I think most healthy minded people probably are.

I don't think that's homophobic though... seems to only go one way, as, I'm sure gay dudes are disgusted by a man and a woman f'king; I've spoken to many, been friends with... and they are, lol. But that wouldn't be seen as predujice, it's just because it's... not their sexual preference, so ofc it's gross to them, So yeah, a dude sucking another dude off is gross to me too. But I don't hate gay people. I think you have to hate the people for what they are, like, irrationally; like, when I was a teenager I was properly homophobic, I did HATE gay men, I was like 'they fkn disgust me' and acted like they were immoral - then I had an epiphany about 17, as found out one of my heroes is gay and I was like 'okay, leme try BE gay in my head' and couldn't, and so concluded... 'why am I hating people for something they don't choose... how r-----ed'. Plus like, who cares, lol.
