Aug 2, 2024 My prediction: Following "The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace)" will come "The Life of Marshall Mathers (LP 3)," a very introspective album that sequentially touches on each point of his life and career. Basically, an autobiographical album, starting with songs about his f----- up childhood, then will talk about his rise to peak fame towards the middle of the album, and ending the album by talking about where he stands now (the irrelevancy of the Slim Shady character, his desire to go down as the greatest MC). Expect some of his greatest storytelling and new personal details to be revealed. His final album, titled simply "EMINEM" or "The Finale of Eminem," will follow. It will be a pure rap album, showcasing his abilities one last time while claiming the title of the greatest rapper of all time. Ending his discography with a strong 3-album wrong that mirrors his "prime" first three album run. The Death of Slim Shady The Life of Marshall Mathers The Finale of Eminem Maybe there will be another BME project, soundtrack, or other type of collab album somewhere in between. But this would be the perfect way to end his discography, IMO.
Aug 2, 2024 Same for me @ last a long time, except TDoSS and Revival. I'm not saying TDoSS is Revival lol. It's a good album, love the songs... great rapping, some of his best in possibly 20 years; good hooks, production... but I dunno why, I felt done with it after 2 days :/ the first day was like 'whoooah!' but once that wore off... It might be too early to say or perhaps I'm romanticizing previous albums and in fact I stopped after a few days or a week but then it just kept lasting months n months on n off I dunno, but, it just feels way less with this one. Like 'okay, cool, got it'.

Aug 2, 2024 I agree he's rapping great, and is one of his best-produced albums - but there are too many blatant skips for me (One of Those Kinda Nights, In Too Deep, and Farewell are some of my least favorite Eminem songs period), other songs like Marsh, Little Engine, Unaccommodating, No Regrets are just mid IMO (he's rapping good, but I don't find much replay value once you've caught all the bars as the delivery isn't all that fun or memorable, same problem on Side B, his rapping is technically proficient but the monotone delivery just makes it boring (I think he took the "stop screaming" criticisms too far) compared to TDOSS where the delivery and voice inflections make the project way more fun to return to.
