Aug 22, 2024 Oh h--- nah. This is like a fundemtnal to me too. I used to have a cat, he was beautiful... Dogs v Cats thing represents the personality type too, as in... I find dumber people like dogs. And think they're smarter etc. or 'love them more' bc they're more expressive. OMG LOOK AT HIM HE SO CUTE, dogs are like dopey f---ers, like that friend who's like 'can I come! can I come!' 24/7, s---'s kinda annoying. And they're clumsy and goofy. Seems like needier people who need big, dumb, open validation all the time. << All of my suspiscions and analysis there isn't even just my assumption, and many people's assumptions either; studies have been done showing this is true. Cat owners are smarter, or at least tend to be of a certain personality type more associated with intelligence; independent minded, non-conformist etc. So yeah, basicall you's a dumbass. Don't get me wrong I still love them. But cats... cats are something else man. Cats are f---ing hilarious first of all. They're spiteful... cunning, opposite of clumsy, they're nimble and precise AF, I used to watch my cat like laser paw his way over my kitchen counter filled with s---... They'll do things out of spite for your reaction or attention... and they're just more chill like 'alright f--- you, I'm chilling over here', but they're still loving AF. This cliche that cats are just always aloof is also not true - anyone who owns a cat can attest. My cat was like a fkn baby, would follow me around meowing for my attention all the time, and not just for food as dog owners will say, because after he was fed too, they will meow for attention and to play, and just come sit by and on you and paw you for comfort. And they're like mini tigers, literally. Like, move and act and purr like the big cats, just a mini version of them, s---'s fascinating. Cats >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Dogs. Aug 22, 2024 Exactly this lol. Same w Relapse. Casual listeners are not interested in a weird arab accent talking about raping women. Nor are they interested in a Christopher Reeve song or a song about Hailie or Eminems struggle with his alter ego. This album is for the fans and only Houdini (mostly because of the well known sample) is for a broader audience. Dude delivered a perfect album for the fans, who gives a s--- if its not for nerdy critics or casual music fans?
