Sep 12, 2024 I’m liking that the forum has been more active lately. Personally I feel like it started with Kendrick’s Super Bowl announcement.
Sep 12, 2024 & Watch the party die helped keep the hype going, I hope Dot drops before that Super Bowl performance lol I need that album soon
Sep 12, 2024 I think he has 3 solo projects left. 2 more are probably going to come within the next 4 years, and then I feel like it's going to be another 5ish year break with an announcement of a final album.
Sep 12, 2024 About to take my beer and blunt up my attic & start a vibe out before our collective L. But hopefully the remix is dope lmao
Sep 12, 2024 btw this is assuming he never drops anything as bad a revival again, cause if he does it's wraps that's like a brand new 4 album cycle
Sep 12, 2024 Lol that Mourner’s Edition is turning out like a mini Revival tracklist reveal. Brings back good memories of bad times
Sep 12, 2024 Absolutely, probably multiple tbh. He turned over a new leaf with DoSS. There’s no way he lets this newfound energy go to waste.
Sep 12, 2024 Yeah well, the style of rapping for sure. It's kind of like Devil's Night if he went further with it, that 01 style is kind of perfect tonality and speed and everything. Really clear and powerful - like on 's--- Can Happen' = TDOSS vibes of... AntiChrist and Renaissance. Hope he continues down the conceptual route and tries to make more full on concept albums.
Sep 12, 2024 Imagine we didn't know this was a dogshit money grab This thread would be wild right now
Sep 12, 2024 For sure. Sticking to a concept is good for him at this point, it forces him to stop making random songs saying nothing for the sake of rhyming or at least keep that at a minimum.
Sep 12, 2024 I mean sure I guess he can do a Jay-Z thing and drop an album without it really being announced as their "final one," but I really doubt he's going to be making solo albums past 60 years old
