Sep 22, 2024 ‘The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)’ by Eminem returns to the top 10 on the Billboard 200 at #7 (+35) with 48K units (24K pure sales). It previously debuted at #1.
Sep 22, 2024 You have a funny idea of what “grown” and “mature” is. No wonder you call Kendrick’s music boring
Sep 22, 2024 You think TDOSS is a mature album? lol why cause he doesn't say fa---- anymore? It's a cool project but silly at the same time. Everyday I'm more convinced Relapse is gonna be his last classic, and that's sad and amazing at the same time
Sep 22, 2024 No I don’t think DoSS is a mature album. If you don’t think DoSS is mature I don’t see why you think this remix verse is mature. He’s talking about the same s--- he talked about on the album. What exactly is mature about him rapping about slamming a paraplegic on the cement? Lmao
Sep 22, 2024 Different voice and type of song, this the Em I need to hear. He always said wild s---, but TDOSS was just focing it to the point he really didn't say anything that wild
Sep 22, 2024 You’re honestly one of the most dumbest idiots about. That was the whole point of the album and concept, r-----. Fuel remix is no different to anything he been saying for the last 20 years and 256533 albums . So how is that considered mature?
Sep 22, 2024 When Eminem said “I guarantee my Elevator is Stuck Somewhere between two levels emcees Will never See” He is addressing the fact that his elevator is still broken, and he didn’t get a warranty Guarantee on it. But also like an elevator that is stuck, it won’t move up a level. So he is saying he is on 2 levels that Rappers could never see. 2 because it’s only him and his alter ego on that level. Hence why it’s called a E-levator. E for Eminem. Elevator as in the literal synonym for levitator. To fly or rise. Emcees cant see him cuz he is to high.
Sep 22, 2024 Man, I get it, you love TDOSS, some of us didn't. And if you think some albums weren't more mature than others, you're nuts lol The remix verse is fire, it is what it is. Perfect voice and flow. Give me an album full of that.
Sep 22, 2024 Just saw someone on a motorcycle blasting Taylor Swift lmao I guess the bikers aren’t as hard as they used to be
Sep 22, 2024 "Give me something totally new on the next album, not more of the same." "This remix where Eminem disses Puff and paraplegics with AI filtered vocals is fire, ese! Give me an album full of that." So which is it?
Sep 22, 2024 Not saying it’s “mature” but what about it is immature? Overall it’s about overcoming adversity.
Sep 22, 2024 If so it doesn’t make too much sense to drop anything major connected to this project after the whole “mourners edition” title. Looks like they are moving on - but there’s a small chance they could be trollin.
Sep 22, 2024 No one is saying it’s immature. It’s just the same topic he does on every album and every feat verse. Nothing new or groundbreaking about it and it’s not what is considered to be grown or evolving like Marsh is claiming. But is trashing TDOSS for content and maturity while acting like Fuel remix is something new when it’s the same lol.
Sep 22, 2024 When I think about maturity in rap, I don’t think about lyrics painting the scenario of a rapper laughing at a paraplegic after he slammed the paraplegic’s wheelchair on the cement. I also don’t think about a rapper telling everyone to kiss his white a---. Only the first half of the verse was serious, then he starts going on about slamming paraplegics and haters. I’m not saying that the verse is something a child would write. I’m just saying that if this is someone’s idea of “maturity” then I am concerned.
Sep 22, 2024 Some of yall are really gay. Listen to other artist my god. Em been like this for 20+ years and yall surprised
Sep 22, 2024 You’re f---ing braindead. I hope you don’t have children because if so they are cooked. Learn how to read. No one is surprised. It’s simply being pointed out that these lyrics aren’t mature even though Marsh thinks they are for some r-----ed reason.
Sep 22, 2024 We don’t need to take another L on a side B situation. No thanks. The best we’ll get is another Fuel remix. I don’t know why they would release something new for vinyls anyway, I don’t think the majority of Eminem’s fanbase is the type to get vinyls. They’re just selling them because that’s what the pop stars do now. We basically already have 2 “deluxe” versions of this album, it’s time to put it to rest. Onto the next one.
