Jan 16, 2025 I'm 50/50 (on 50 it's funny) on that, cause if he's gonna "sanitize" them in any way or f--- with them with his current voice or f--- up the beats somehow to "modernize" them then I don't think I'd want it, maybe it'd be good but idk, I'd rather have the s--- like these leaks, the way they were meant to be released originally y'know?

Jan 16, 2025 This isn't just an Eminem thing, it's a hip hop thing. Rappers rarely release unheard music. In other genres they utilised b sides. They would give you a new song. Then the deluxe editions came where bonus tracks where a thing and then the big Beatles/Beach Boys/Bob Dylan style multi disc sets came with loads of session tracks and outtakes and demos. It's not really something that's been done before with rap music. And you're only hearing V1 andV2 of Sexual and an early version of Antichrist. He could have many versions with different hooks and verses. The same with Ritz or Seasons....how do you know which version they are? He's probably done this his whole career, reused lyrics, taken verses from one song and put it on another.
Jan 16, 2025 Because the stuff on Refill was the best of what was left. He would rather give you 6 really good songs than 6 really good ones and 9 sub par ones just to fill the numbers and then add skits to make it 20 tracks. So he did actually put effort in to Refill to satisfy Relapse fans. If he really didn't care it wouldn't have been out at all.
