He then clarified he wasn't talking about their football team, but you can't stop a rumor that quickly. Jan 17, 2022 B*** said Kendrick was gonna drop October 22nd in early October. He edited the post and removed the date entirely. About a week later, a guy leaked a bunch of Kendrick snippets and said that the album was coming out the 22nd. OTI and others ran with that date, and then suddenly the day before the 22nd it wasn’t coming out anymore. point is, B*** was on the 22nd for Kendrick and off that date before anyone had any sort of inkling about that release date. He must be plugged in because he got word in the pipeline that the date was false before even the dude who posted all the snippets did. My own theory is that Kendrick was giving false info out to leakers and some may have bit, including B***, but he also backed off it way before anyone else did.

Em surprise releases because he knows people have negative reactions and make assumptions when the album is announced and go into the album with bias, and therefore don't enjoy the project. This is why he surprise releases, so people go into the album with no expectations. It's not due to him not wanting people to take his music serious, rather he doesn't want people to want THEIR vision for Em's album, rather just take what Em makes as it is. With that being said, if he surprised release Side-B, an album pretty much NO ONE CARED FOR NOR WANTED, he is going to surprise release MMLP3.. Imagine he announces the project. People will be expecting Song A, a song like Song B, this, that, etc If he ever surprises releases any project, it's this one So if the album is really MMLP3, there's no way in h--- he doesn't surprise release it. Sales don't matter to Em Although there's a small chance, since Alfred's Theme was completed Summer 2020 and was meant to be released as a single... but still If there's something coming (which there isn't), it's going to be a surprise
