    He's like 50 years old. Em is healthy enough to where he probably doesn't have erectile dysfunction, but he doesn't have the same testosterone as his youth; so his erections are (presumably) less frequent and not as hard. I'd say after looking at all the facts, his penis is indeed, getting "softer," in a sense.
