    Okay, I was just curious. I’m not trying to judge or anything. I’m just trying to say there’s more to music than just rhymes and syllables. Sure, that can be part of why you enjoy music, but the main reason for listening to music is to feel something

    I don’t mind Eminem rapping the way he does. It’s been shown that he can make it sound nice with some effort (Discombobulated, Groundhog Day)

    No I don't mind the style when it's good obviously but I'd just rather him actually put effort into the songwriting and sound of it.

    We all knew Em only cares about internal rhyme patterns at this point lmao. Last album where he actually tried to say something was Revival, and we know how that turned out

    I'm glad Em is all about his skills. He used to be a battle rapper, that's why he has this crazy mentality about being the best lyricist too.

    Even his most successful and commercial song (Lose Yourself) has both amazing writing, storytelling, elite lyricism, and sounds good af, so what's the excuse there?

    I personally think Bully wouldn't have worked as a second track on the album. It doesn't even sound like a legit album cut to me. Maybe with additional production.

    Revival wasn’t bad because he was trying to say something, that’s just a theory in Ems mind why people didn’t like it. It was bad music and a bad album, simple as that.
