    no fap is to not put a hand on yourself(So no masturbation) Semen retention in hard mode is to let out nothing (No sex, no masturbation). You also can do no fap but have sex with women ofc.

    that flow is flawless. I wish Em would flow like this and would use that aggressiveness in his voice again.

    I say this as a big fan of The Weeknd: I think Beauty Behind the Madness is a mediocre album. It doesn’t flow like an album, it’s more like a greatest hits compilation. And the songs that aren’t hits are mediocre. Starboy has the same problem
