Sep 15, 2021 You can handpick some lines from many songs and say it's corny while it's out of context. What he says in the chorus and outro perfectly goes in line with those dope verses. His lyrics are honest, flows smoothly with the instrumental, doesn't sound forced unlike many tracks from recovery & it's a perfect song to come up with after overdose.
Sep 15, 2021 Album should have ended after Deja Vu. Would have been a fitting end to the dark album and would have continued nicely for Relapse 2 if he released that, but even for recovery as the theme of the album is all about him coming back from that low and rising again. Would have made DeJa vu stand out more and made the album more eerie.
