Oct 26, 2023 Agree with Jay-Z about only making music if it’s important and feels inspired to do so. How it should be when at a certain stage of their career and I’m presuming Eminem is taking the same mindset. I’m guessing he is always in the studio but only releasing music when it feels right or inspired to do so. Big criticism with MTBMB, especially Side B is that he felt like he was going through the emotions and releasing music for the sake of it. Even if it means another couple of years of not releasing anything, should only release something that will feel big and something he wants to release. The Elvis soundtrack song was good example of what releasing music for the sake of it feels like. Just a random, filler song that was forgettable.
