Feb 15, 2024 What's crazy is remember when we were all thinking a album in May with Justin trolling us about being Paul's cousin and all. But it's almost May again. This is wild. Might be 5 years by time em drops again
Feb 15, 2024 I watched the video early lol not hard to be a leaker when he accidentally made the video public for about an hour this morning
Feb 15, 2024 Yeah I remember when every single one of us in this thread was convinced that Paul was Justin Trudeau’s cousin and that the album was coming in May. I personally was extremely shocked when I found out that Paul wasn’t really Justin Trudeau’s cousin.
Feb 15, 2024 My Clairo detectives just got me some insider info regarding Eminem. Apparently Eminem’s lead single for his new album samples “Pretty Girl” by Clairo. The Pretty Girl beat is sampled and sped up with drill drums over it. The Pretty Girl chorus is also the chorus of Eminem’s song. This song will mark a drastic change in Eminem’s persona and public image as he embraces his feminine side. Sources also tell me the album cover is of him wearing a long, blonde wig and he’s wearing makeup while smiling. Allegedly he took a lot of inspiration from Stevie.
Feb 15, 2024 This makes perfect sense really. With pictures like this out there you can tell Eminem has been wanting to do this for years. We finally live in a society where people will accept him for the femboy he really is.
Feb 15, 2024 this is so fake and gay. stop posting ur femboy fantasies on the forum roo. u need serious help... my slim shady would never do this. that song sux btw. of course clairo is ur favorite artist. girly girl music
Feb 15, 2024 You love typing my name. Funny thing is, you know I have access to legitimate information.
Feb 15, 2024 It’s 100% real dude I don’t know what to tell you. If you were a true Stan you would accept Eminem for who he really is.
Feb 15, 2024 It's been 10 years so I think it's about time I shared this story and some photos - the day I went to Eminem's house (story in comments) r/Eminem - It's been 10 years so I think it's about time I shared this story and some photos - the day I went to Eminem's house Right off the bat - I realize the title kinda sounds like the start of a really elaborate shitpost. It's not, I just couldn't come up with a title that was descriptive enough without being annoyingly long and this is what I landed on. I'll save you some time and tell you this much upfront to allow you to decide if you wanna read this whole thing: no, unfortunately I didn't get to meet the man himself, but yes, I made it to his house, got to meet some pretty cool people, and came out of it far from empty handed. If you want to save some amount of reading, you can skip to the part of my second comment that appears as a quote, which is a copy paste of my original Facebook post from when this happened back in 2014. It tells the story and that's it, the rest of my post is just context, extra details, some explaining, etc. Anyway, while at work today I was listening to TES and reminiscing on the two times I've seen Em live, and how crazy the first time was, and I realized that aside from friends and family (and Facebook), I've never shared the story. There are some good reasons for that, but I think enough time has passed and things have changed that I can tell it, with a couple small omissions which I will explain. So for anyone interested, here's the story of when I went to Eminem's house. Obvious disclaimer here: what I did was super not cool and nobody should try to do this. I was a dumb kid and clearly hadn't grasped the concept of celebrity boundaries yet. Please, please, please, do not try to replicate this, of course I understand the allure but please respect the man's privacy. So it's 2014 and Eminem and Rihanna have announced The Monster Tour. I'm 18 years old (19 by the time of the show), absolute superfan from the Toronto area, and this is my dream. I've got a part time job and a credit card with about a $3,000 limit, so naturally I do what any dumbass kid would do in this situation and spare no expense. Front row GA sold out immediately, so two tickets cost me about $900 on StubHub. Almost certainly could have saved a couple hundred dollars by waiting a few months to buy them, but I was scared they'd sell out even at resale, so I just bought them basically immediately. $800 hotel room for the weekend. Could have stopped there, but again, stupid kid with a credit and a dream. I'd found one of Em's addresses online and decided I was going to go there and, I don't f---ing know, see if he was home I guess?? My understanding at the time was that he had two homes in Michigan, the Kmart mansion and another in a gated community. The gated one was far less talked about than the mansion and had a very obvious barrier to entry, so I went with the mansion. Enter my next wildly irresponsible financial decision - I didn't have a car (it took us 6 busses to get from our hometown to the Detroit Greyhound terminal where we met a longtime online friend who took us out for the first day and dropped us off at our hotel) and his house was over an hour outside of Detroit. So I rent a car from whatever rental agency was nearby our hotel. Being 19 years old at the time I paid almost $400 to rent a car for all of 6 f---ing hours. And thus, with the hotel, tickets, car, and food/travel/concert merch expenses, my card was toast. It took me 4 years to pay that thing off and another 2 years to rebuild my credit and I've never regretted it for a second. I know this is somewhat long winded but I figure if you're reading this you're interested, so I might as well give all the details. Now, it's been 10 years, so some of the finer points have faded away. Thankfully I was an absolute social media whor- back then (and as I read that back I realize that term definitely has a different meaning now, I was not doing p---, I just posted every tiny detail of my life lmao) and I posted almost everything about what was happening in real time. In the interest of historical accuracy, I'm just going to copy and paste my post from that day (or rather two days, that will make sense shortly) and before you read this just please remember, I was 19 and while none of what I said was a lie, I was very excited about it all and this very much reads as a 2014 teenager Facebook bloggy-type post, a little cringe but hey, it is what it is, a reflection of who I was at the time. Everything you read here is from the original post in 2014, except for our names which are edited out. Here it is:
