Mar 28, 2024 Wasn’t really the same back then. The internet wasn’t like it is today. That’s why there was what would be called “actual” promo rollouts back then, radio single, music video, tv/live appearances etc. I was only 9 in 2002 when I first came across Eminem but I can imagine how crazy that year was after MMLP was a classic and he’s coming with TES and 8 Mile. He was literally the biggest thing in the world back then
