Only the good die young, new york state of mind, the entertainer, you may be right, in the middle of the night (could be cool if they got creative), maybe a couple more could be cool. not sure i'd want any of Billy's deeper relationship songs to be used as inspiration for an Em song tho hahaha.
Apr 9, 2024 One thing that bothers me is for Eminem's last few releases the CD version came a week or two later and the vinyl version months later. Why do all the other big artists in the charts have their CDs and vinyl records ready to go on release day? I understand the worry with leaks and I don't know if Beyonce or Ariana Grandes albums leaked before they were released online but the point is they were made and in shops by Friday. Apparently the new rules are for physical sales to count they have to be available to buy not just as a pre order but actually physically being available so they just need to get over the fact that it could leak a week or two before release date. Unless sals really don't matter.

Apr 9, 2024 the first week of sales only mattered in the physical era, when promotions ended with the album's music videos being stopped on MTV. now is the streaming era and even songs released 30 years ago can become hits again. we live in an era of long development.
