Apr 10, 2024 On 6th April 2010 Eminem said Recovery was "finished and mastered". Recovery eventually released June 22nd. Judging by what we already know I doubt "Bye, My Name Was" has been mastered yet. Looks like itll be another 2-3 months yet at least before release.

Then him and his entire team post photos of them listening to it on their socials that week. If the album isn't coming out for a few months, I would have rather we got no announcement. Apr 10, 2024 I don’t think a Cole feature on an Eminem song ever had a high possibility of happening. The reason for that is Eminem rarely ever seems to work with these rappers that he praises. I do think this whole thing with Kendrick lessens the chances of a Cole feature even more considering Eminem and Dr. Dre are a lot closer with Kendrick than Cole, they just did the Super Bowl performance a while ago
