May 1, 2024 Are you dumb? Kamikaze is what made a new generation of fans get into Eminem. That record single handled started a new wave of reaction YouTubers, More fast rap clones, and was one of the biggest albums of the year. And 2018 was stacked with Drake, Travis, ect.

May 1, 2024 yes, Eminem gained new fans who are now always waiting for Kamikaze 2, but he also lost about 80% of his old fans at that point. Eminem as an artist broke at that moment, he could have gained a lot of new fans without losing old fans in 2017-2019, but he did everything wrong. Eminem never lost as many old fans as he did during that era, his fans always followed him throughout the decades and at that point they all turned on him. Eminem himself said that the same thing will happen to Drake too, and it has already happened. so this is not my guess, this is a fact that Eminem stated. Eminem did everything wrong in 2017-2019 because no one told him how to do it right and what exactly he should do.

May 1, 2024 TRASH AF! every f---ing video from that era looked like it had a $50 budget and a free computer graphics program from the year 2000. from Venom and Fall to Homicide, every video was extremely ugly. I don’t remember that at least one top artist had such a bad music videos era in videography. even 50 Cent when making music videos for mixtape songs in 2007-2009 had much better quality, yes these ones looked raw sometimes, but for a mixtape it was enough and it didn’t look as cheap as in the Kamikaze era. these mixtape videos literally have no budget but look so fire!
