Nov 25, 2016 Dont think im reaching but if you listen to the interview with zane lowe he said Em called him, but he (weeknd) asked him to jump on the hills remix. Im guessing em asked him for a hook and weeknd ask in return to just do the remix instead of paying him. Could be wrong but i doubt it. If you even listen how he talks when talking about working with eminem its almost like he is dancing in circles trying not to reveal stuff http://dopefile.pk/f2g9afseo04q listen from 23:23
Nov 25, 2016 Remember in 2012/2013 on a interview somebody asked to Kendrick Lamar if he recorded something with Eminem when he was on Detroit and he said no?
Nov 25, 2016 they didnt record together.. kenny send the vocals to paul around march 2013. so your logic is flawed. i know for a fact there is no song with eminem and the weeknd as of now.. there is talks of it but nothing has been sent yet or recorded.
Nov 25, 2016 I was in Detroit. He brought me out to Detroit… So, he brought me to the studio. Told me to come to the studio to do the hook. So I go in and do the hook and he’s like ‘I like the hook.’ Boom, right? So, I’m like, ‘Alright, cool. I’m finna dip.’ He was like, ‘Think you could do a verse?’ ‘I was like “h--- yeah! I could do a verse. What you talking about 'can I do a verse?’ ” ‘ The thing with Em, what’s crazy to me, he kicks everybody out the studio. [Interviewer: It’s just you two?] It’s not even him. He gives your space. I took as him kicking everybody out to see if that’s really you writing them raps. That s--- writing. When I’m the booth, and he’s walking in, then all done with the verse, I mean actually rapping it. He runs out like he don’t want to hear it.
