Jan 18, 2018 Should have done one for like home.. But like, a month ago.. Expect this one to not come out until the start of february, since it usualy takes 25 some days from his first pics of the set to be uploaded to the release of the video. #science
Jan 18, 2018 i don't know how some of you guys think...like River is BY FAR the most successful song of this album, it has like 120 million spotify streams in a month and 63M on Youtube. It's the most logical thing for shady to finally drop a music video for this song now. It's the only song that could be a chart-topper, it's too late to reach #1 in the US now but can go at least Top-10. I agree they're late but it's the best thing they can do now to promote the song
Jan 18, 2018 That video was wack. It was barely an Eminem video lol. A video suppossed to make the song better but that video did nothing for the song. But I guess they went for the safest and easiest way for that one. Plus, Castle has my fav beat from the album and also might have had the fav hook too. His flow was surely one of the bests in the album. Dad’s a little nervous, but at the same time excited If I use this same energy while I'm saying rhymes and write them With the same passion and the same exact enthusiasm As I'm using in this letter, maybe they can feel me as I'm Trying to build these castles out of sand, baby girl For you to sit on the throne, I got plans, baby girl Welcome to Mom and Dad’s crazy world Love, Daddy, maple-flavored kisses, buttered pancakes, and syrup That green part was really really great. It sounded just perfect to me. Another perfect part was the part which also was rewinded in Arose. Kinda felt like Castle would have been a successful single.
Jan 21, 2018 Over here in the Netherlands, they play it a lot and i've been hearing radio stations explaining the lyrics to the song and how it's a story that has more to it than what you expect on the surface. Walk on Water gets played a lot as well Havent heard Untouchable yet though, i reallt thought that would get more airplay.. But i guess its just too long for radio.
Jan 21, 2018 f---in' release the video already. I hope video is like a short movie. Not just 3:41 but maybe like 4-5 mins.
Jan 23, 2018 there are rumors that the video will be released alongside with the physical copies in February lol what a stupid move if it's true. I don't think so though, I think he'll release it this week. It only makes sense to release it on Friday
Jan 25, 2018 Even though I find it manipulating for u to share the best song he has done on that era and half of the s--- was already written in 2003 or smh, I agree with u. Re Up era was better than HTS era. HTS was good but I hate the fact that all the songs had super fast flows. I hope to hear more calm flows. Arose was perfect in that sense.
Jan 25, 2018 Yeah but that's not solo bro. I mean his worst solo era. Re-Up is just a s-----y compilation album, I don't consider it an 'Em era'. Relapse era was amazing to me, when I first heard it - it was like a kid in a candy shop like 'whoah. Wtf is this!!?' in excitement; Recovery was also very satisfying; I disliked the pop elements in retrospect, and the writing, but right in the era... I got a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction out of the music. Same with MMLP2. MMLP2 - I was disappointed with - as an album - but the songs, the journey, the whole era was still fun as f---. Revival... I hated and was bored of within a week and it just feels lifeless and like it's over already.
Jan 26, 2018 This is very interesting. I mean, as an album Revival is sounds more cohesive than MMLP2. The pop hooks have been there since Recovery and I prefer Alicia Keys, Skylar Grey over some unknown girl. Pop hooks on Revival sounds a lot more related to the songs cmpared to previous albums. And I don't believe there is a better song than Castle & Arose in Relapse, Recovery or MMLP2. I'm really having a hard time seeing how can you loe all those 3 but hate Revival... I believe you'll like Revival in few years. It might be like a brand new album for u ifor the next year f you really ignore listenin' to it as a whole.
