Nov 22, 2020 Yea and you would look at file size to gauge if it was really a music track you were downloading or some random bs virus or malware. I remember downloading the Eminem show as soon as it leaked and the first one I downloaded all the file sizes and song lengths looked legit. I started playing the songs and it was the real songs but it only had the choruses repeated for the whole thing, no verses. I was so mad. I remember it took forever for me and my friends to find the real leak. In hindsight it probably wasn’t THAT long but in the moment it felt like an eternity. Ahh such good times and memories waiting for the MMLP and TES leaks.
Nov 22, 2020 I was lucky with TES. But downloading each individual track on a 56kbps modem was torture. I literally sat at the computer and waited all night (until about 4am) to download the whole thing. Couldn't download multiple files either so had to wait until each file finished before I could start the next. Ouch.
Nov 22, 2020 Apparently a rapper connected to Dre says that he finished an album and em is on it. Not really a surprise that he'd be on it, but yeah.
